PARTNERSHIP AND COMMISSIONING PROCEDURES
This document sets out the process of commissioning a partnership agreement with Zing Consult Ltd.
We aim to deliver transparency in all working processes, and as such, the below summarises the typical procedures, internal controls and best practise strategies in place to protect our commitment to upholding the highest ethical standards.
In order to leverage Zing Consult’s expertise, team resources and access to networks, each new project must undergo a screening and developmental process to identify key deliverables, critical paths and core timelines to quantify expectations from both parties.
As such, fee structures are introduced before the commencement of any works to outline the expected scope of work, with agreement required in advance of assets being deployed.
- Zing Consult Ltd partnerships provide regional or national bodies, state departments and governmental boards with access to an advanced and established collective of investment expertise, harnessing the latest in contemporary investment strategies to finance the full spectrum of infrastructure projects and funding demands.
Partnership agreements allow each contracted client full access to the complete Zing Consult international networks, and permit such clients to be represented by Zing consultants in negotiations with investors, trade partners and other related organisations. Our position as a recognised investment expert provides negotiating power and enables clients to leverage the most advantageous opportunities available in the global markets.
- In order to provide outstanding support and effective financial solutions, Zing stipulates that a thorough consultation is required prior to any works being carried out, or agreements being entered into. This strategy is owing to the uniqueness of every country, every client, and every funding or infrastructure requirement.
To enable Zing to make professional recommendations and deliver advice about the most lucrative strategies, it is essential to have full access to disclosures, information, and a climate of transparency to clearly evaluate every situation. This allows the Zing consultancy team to make bespoke recommendations and deliver tailored advice, as well as exploring the range of national and international sources that may be relevant to the requirements of our client.
- Initially, prospective clients or interested parties should submit an expression of interest via direct email to [email protected].
Prior to Zing agreeing to represent your organisation, nation or state body, terms and conditions must be approved and ratified by both parties. Partnership proposals are subject to a comprehensive screening process before any pricing or terms may be agreed, and decisions made about the viability of the project delivered on a case-by-case basis.
It is therefore critical to provide all relevant information and respond to additional information requests, at the discovery stage to ensure that terms and schedules of work remain applicable and appropriate to the project at hand.
- Where projects are accepted and meet the requirements of the Zing screening processes, initial contact will be made to confirm the acceptance of the project. Processing fees become payable in advance of works beginning to enable legally binding contractual terms to be drafted and released to both parties.
The Zing legal department have sight of each set of terms before work begins, and may request clarification of terms, additional conditions, or clauses in direct response to the information provided and scope of work required.
- On completion of all legal documents and the collection of authorised signatures, further consultation is made via a remote video call at the mutual convenience of both parties. All stakeholders and involved personnel may be invited to this discussion, or the client may stipulate a named point of contact to act as the primary representative.
Provided the outcome of this video call is deemed successful, and both Zing and the proposed client are satisfied that work should commence, the programme of work will be finalised, critical paths agreed, and a schedule of actions put into place.
- At this stage, the duration of the partnership agreement will be established. The minimum period of a contract is five years and is based on Zing Consult’s experience of the timescales required to deliver tangible results and develop sustainable systems.
Please note that Zing Consult does not consider ‘single contract’ commissions to fulfil a short-term requirement, as every project undertaken must be vetted for standards purporting to longevity, sustainability, traceability and financial viability.
- Once contractual terms have been agreed, signed and ratified as required, the preparation stage begins. Wherever possible, Zing Consult will look to establish a static office address in your locality or nation in order to provide local and on-demand support for the duration of the partnership.
During this phase, a Zing Consult team of international representatives is appointed to work alongside your government officials or points of contact, and a working relationship is established to determine key contacts and primary methods of communication.
The designated team will begin the scoping exercise to analyse and identify key challenges, and thus start to match requirements with resources and assets available through Zing networks. In order to support our aim to increase employment and skills in each locality or state in which we operate, the Zing team may undertake a recruitment programme to employ local individuals with the appropriate knowledge and skills to support the contract.
Project leaders are often based in the primary Zing Head Offices, and have a thorough understanding of the Zing philosophies and working policies, and will retain oversight of the majority of the work, and conduct comprehensive project management. Our Head Offices act as back-office support and as an administrative hub to provide resources where required.
- Following the establishment of a local office base, the team present in the nation or locality will seek to work collaboratively with the local government and undertake specific tasks tailored to the unique requirements of your country or infrastructure demands.
The overriding aim in every Zing partnership is to provide financial assistance for local governments and state bodies to create a sustainable pathway towards long-term investment and related infrastructures.
