Due to the bespoke nature of the services provided by the company, terms and conditions will be drawn up specific to each engagement, contract, project, commission, undertaking or task.
The terms of such engagements will be agreed with the commissioning client in advance of any works being undertaken, and in advance of any fees or commissions being charged.
Both parties prior to work beginning will agree any payable fees, commissions, rates or other remuneration in writing.
